The problems came more from finding paths for the wires than from the kit itself. I also purchased a 200ah battery and a 3500 watt inverter and installed this in a class C motorhome. I got the 300 watt because it was the best bang for the buck when I was looking. The wires from the controller to the battery or panel are extremely long and should meet almost anyone's needs. I also wish it came with a pair of 3 to 1 connectors instead of 4 Y connectors. If the panel cables were 6 inches longer this would not be an issue. Renogy expects 2 panels to be vertical and one to be horizontal above. unfortunately the panel wires are too short to connect when using the mount hardware when all panels are vertical next to each other.
